While Massage Therapy has been my primary work since 2001, four additional years of training in holistic wellness and energy work helps me find problem areas more quickly, with a greater ability to resolve them on all levels, body, mind and spirit. This means relieving pain and stress more completely than traditional massage alone can do.

There are several kinds of sessions offered.

All sessions must be prepaid, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, so that if you do not let me know at least 24 hours ahead of time, I will not be able to issue a refund. You may transfer your payment to another session, as long as it is scheduled within 30 days of the original date, and this can only be done two times each calendar year.

I will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase, to confirm your appointment and to send you helpful information and a pre-session form to fill out and return to me, so you can get the most out of your session.

90 Minute Introductory Massage – Try it for less than half normal price: Just $47

Because I know it can be hard to choose a massage therapist without meeting in person first, I am happy to offer one Introductory 1 ½ hour relaxing or deep tissue massage to new clients, for half the normal rate, so that you can come in and decide for yourself whether you’d like to continue working with me. Ultimate Pain Relief Massage

This massage is specifically tailored to those who are having acute neck and shoulder or back pain. You can expect immediate pain relief, greater mobility, to feel calm and relaxed, and to begin the process of retraining muscles to support you with less pain. Many clients feel great relief after one session, and after several sessions, some report becoming completely pain-free. Heated Stone Therapy

Aromatherapy

Uses essential oils with healing properties to deepen the effects of massage. Energy Exchange: Add $10 to any session

Focus Touch Shiatsu

Uses gentle stretching and holding techniques, along with pressure at key acupuncture points to create greater flow and alignment, enhancing the body’s own self-healing abilities. This is an American version which I’ve adapted to include Inner Focus Energy Work. Energy Exchange: 60 minutes: $67

Energy Work Combined with Massage

For those who wish to work more deeply on breaking free from limiting beliefs, mind-sets and unhealthy emotional patterns which hold them back from living their best lives. Massage is combined with energy work techniques tailored to individual needs. Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine Balance, with Michael & Kay

Note: This session must be done in person. In this session both Kay and Michael work together with the client to balance the two energies within. (These are energies we all have and are not related to your gender). People report feeling that they have re-discovered a part of themselves they felt had gone missing. Those who were working too hard to make things happen (too much masculine) often feel much more balanced and even, as they invite in more of the feminine energy of allowing. Those who find themselves floating from one project to another without getting results (too much feminine) are more able to focus more and to create the structure they need without interrupting the flow of energy and ideas. Because we are both working with the client at the same time, this is a very powerful session, so please allow time after your session to relax and integrate at home. Massage, Sound Healing & Energy Work with Michael & Kay

In this session Kay and Michael work together using massage therapy, sound healing and energy work techniques to quickly clear and release mental, physical, emotional and spiritual blocks which may be stopping you from living the life you want, letting go of old patterns that no longer support you. Together we’ll create a powerful field of healing energy, and help you to anchor in more of what you do want, and to reclaim your own energy for yourself.
