Puerto Rico: Rainforest Recharge

Beaches & Sun  Bioluminescent Bay +  Sound Healing & Earth Medicine

April 7-13, 2024

Experience the warm beaches and blue waters of Puerto Rico, and the Bioluminescent Bay on the New Moon from electric boats under a starry sky. Spend a day swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing on Flamenco Beach on the island of Culebra – voted many times to be the most beautiful beach in the world.

We’ll stay 3 nights in an Ecolodge, a magical place surrounded by rainforest and mountain rivers, and the sound of Coqui frogs. Enjoy private access to clear pools to wade or swim in where waterfalls and two rivers meet and access the power of Sound to heal and bless this sacred place.

Sample Schedule at the Ecolodge (subject to change)

  • 7:00am Coffee/tea/fruit
  • 8:00am Sound Healing Movement & Meditation
  • 9:00am Breakfast
  • 10am-12:30pm Sound Ceremonies for the Earth, & Choose to Hike, Swim or Wade in River Pools, or Relax on the beautiful decks overlooking the rainforest. Enjoy your day!
  • 1:00  Lunch
  • 2:00-4:00pm  Harmonize with Coqui Frogs, Connect with Nature Beings & other playful surprises
  • 6:00pm Sunset & Restorative Sound Journey
  • 7:00pm Dinner

I went on a Sound Healing retreat with Kay and Michael in a beautiful space right on Lake Superior and the mix of Sound ceremonies and healing practices with time to relax, hike and share stories & music around a fire was the perfect combination. All the details were handled, and they made all the healthy (and delicious) food for us themselves. We even went snowshoeing in the moonlight to call for owls, and yes, two answered! I left feeling peaceful and centered with my love of all things nature restored.  Forest Bathing meets Sound healing – very relaxing 🙂
