Join us for a deep dive into what’s good & healing in the dark of winter, and to celebrate the return of the Light.
When: Saturday, December 20th 1:00pm to 8:00pm (Arrive by 12:30-12:45pm)
Where: Serenity Farm & Stables, Retreat House, Watertown, MN (35-40 min west of Minneapolis)
Opening Circle – stringing the beads of connection
Sweet Darkness – poetry & ceremony- a harvest of wisdom

Guided Sound Journey into the Well of Sorrow and the Blue Lake of Healing
~ Throughout our time together, there will be chants to heal and open your heart, gentle breathing, light movement, and the opportunity to share your wisdom and what’s in your heart if you choose.
It’s easier to be present with both joy and sorrow when we have each other.
Return of the Light – Fire ceremony & ritual (fire pit outside, so bring warm clothes)
Share meal – nourishing butternut squash soup, with optional chicken add-in, regular & GF bread, veggie and GF apple crisp (let us know any dietary info when you register)
Closing circle – gratitude, celebration and community – the way forward
8pm Guests depart – light heartedness restored!

Winter Solstice Sound Medicine Experience & Dinner
We want to make this affordable since we feel strongly called to build community that does the work of healing together. We’ve lowered the tuition as much as we could. We’re basing the price on simple math – what it costs to get there, rent the space (venue), and provide delicious organic food, and the retreat experience and materials.
We’ll be holding this experience at Serenity Farm & Stables in the Retreat House in Watertown, MN.
Although we won’t be connecting with the horses who live there for this event, we plan to hold future retreats here which will include them! When we found this place (it found us if we’re honest), we discovered that the person who does sound healing and energy work there (with and without the horses) is a graduate of my Sound Healing Mastery certification program! I couldn’t be more proud, and happily, Martii will be joining us to participate in the retreat.
Energy Investment: $144 per person, which includes the 7 hour experience and dinner.** This is what you’ll pay when you register and is a non-refundable deposit.
As long as we register 12 or more guests, that’s all you will pay.**
**We will still hold the event with a minimum of 8 guests, though if we have less than 12 guests, we will ask you to bring a check, cash or card to the event to cover our costs, an additional $72 each.
For this experience, Kay & Michael will be your guides, along with our dear friend Arleen, a fellow graduate of the Inner Focus 4-year energy healing school, EFT practitioner, Heart Math teacher, and many other things! She is an all-around fountain of wisdom and presence.

Getting to Serenity Farm & Stables
Located west of Wayzata (about 40 min west of Minneapolis), the address is 11185 County Rd 24, Watertown, MN 55388. Plan to arrive no later than 12:30 so that we can start on time right at 1:00pm.

Payment terms and cancellations:
A $144 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your space. As noted above, if there are less than 8 guests, an additional $72 will be due 3 days before the event, unless you’re bringing cash or a check. Please be sure, as you make your deposit, since there is no way we can offer a refund for the deposit once you have paid. Once you register here with your deposit, we will send you an email with details on what to bring, and to let you know how many guests we will have. When you register, there will be a place to note any dietary restrictions you may have. Thank you!
